The Farms at Bailey Station is a newly-opened premier senior living community located in the heart of Collierville, TN. The facility offers a variety of lifestyle options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and is known for its exceptional care and luxurious amenities. The community is located near popular local landmarks such as the Collierville Town Square and W.C. Johnson Park, providing ample opportunities for residents and staff to explore and engage with the surrounding community. As a member of the therapy team at The Farms at Bailey Station, you would have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                          

• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Active CPR certification.
• Annual physical and TB skin test required.
