Glendale Place is a senior living community located in the heart of Cincinnati, OH that provides top-quality care to its residents. The facility is situated in a historic and vibrant neighborhood, just a short distance from local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions such as the Cincinnati Art Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. As a member of the therapy team at Glendale Place, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced group of professionals, helping residents to achieve their physical and mental health goals in a supportive and friendly environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Active CPR certification.
Annual physical and TB skin test required.
