What You'll Do: As a DSP Career Coach, you'll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate the path to success. Your days will be filled with:

• Coaching and mentoring individuals to develop job duties, responsibilities and skills.
• Providing support and encouragement to individuals so that they can reach their full potential and elevate their job performance.
• Creating personalized plans to help clients achieve their career aspirations.
• Building strong, positive relationships with employers and community partners

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
• A friendly, upbeat personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• No experience necessary; all training provided.
• Required background, OIG, and MVR clearance.
• Capable of physical movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.
