Job Overview:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will provide accounts payable services for all program and administrative areas, coordinates check and capital purchase requests, manages the credit card systems, performs some financial reporting, and performs other accounting tasks.

Job duties:

  • Coordinate accounts payable for all Fraser Companies for program and administrative areas.
  • Manage Credit Card charges at month end.
  • Issue created Credit Card Applications to new users.
  • Manage Users and General Ledger structure.
  • Manage PaperSave to process and pay all invoices, check requests and capital purchase requests received electronically and all live Utility invoices.
  • Manage all Vendors in Accounting System.
  • Manage & Process the monthly Verizon Wireless invoice. 
  • Process payments weekly, ensuring required signatures are obtained and payments distributed. 
  • Assist with month end financial closing which includes reconciliations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable Month End Accrual, intercompany, employee and client receivable accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries. 
  • Maintain 1099 reporting information. Prepare and distribute annual 1099 forms.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. AA/AS degree in accounting preferred.
  • 3-4 years accounting experience. 
  • Experience working in Intacct, SAP Concur, PaperSafe - preferred.

Location & Schedule: 

  • This position will be located at Bloomington, MN 
  • This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working standard business hours Monday through Friday.
