The chosen candidate would perform duties such as developing marketing and communications for employee training & development, creating testimonial videos on Flexco’s training & development programs, update objective and metric reports, and more.

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

1. Fulltime availability is preferred (40 hours/week)
2. Must be currently attending a local college or enrolled for Fall 2024.   
3. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail is a must
• Familiar with video and video editing software desired
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong familiarity and confidence in using online software systems
• Ability to communicate and work well on a team
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and effectively balance multiple projects
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
• Administrative experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communications associated with employee training and development, including but not limited to Flexco Essentials, product training, leadership development programs, skills development, degree program, and apprenticeship program
• Work with Flexco employees and leaders to create testimonial videos on training and development programs and their impact on their development
• Work with training and development data, training data collection, presentation, and analysis.
• Update objective/metric reports using Excel pivot tables and charting

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
