Job Requirements:

1. Work 18-20 hours/week, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
2. Must be currently enrolled for Fall 2024
3. Major in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Graphic Design preferred
4. Must have completed/currently completing an InDesign course

Qualifications:

• InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Ability to exercise judgment to organize and layout artwork, instruction sheets, and collateral materials, within the limits of established guidelines, templates, and deadlines
• Ability to work well on a team
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of requests and projects

Responsibilities:

• Assist graphic design team with changes to existing literature pieces and development of new pieces using InDesign
• Follows approved branding, guidelines, and established layouts to produce marketing support materials with attention to detail and within deadlines
• Coordinates translation source files for development of multiple language literature, working with approved vendor, maintain changes and master files for all global locations
• Maintains records on changes and corrections to documents
• Updates files as required
• Responsible for following approved processes for naming, filing, and distributing generated materials

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
