Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking high school seniors or college students for a position in our Shipping Department. This is a great opportunity to expand your professional development, collaborate on a team, and work on a manufacturing floor. This is an entry-level position; on-the-job training will be provided.

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

1. Work Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
2. Seventeen-year-old high school seniors may be considered. If you have graduated high school, you must be currently attending college or enrolled for Fall 2024.   
3. Any prior work experience desired. Experience in manufacturing a plus. 
4. Physical requirements include being able to lift 45 lbs. floor to waist and standing all day. A physical assessment is part of the pre-hire process.

Details:

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
