UF Health St. Johns Primary Care Physician

The successful candidates will provide patient-centered care, be a team player, and practice self-reflection. The Physician provides the delivery of high-quality healthcare through developing and harnessing collaborative care teams to best serve the patient in the most cost-effective and appropriate way, as well as the development and planning of efficient practice operations to help ensure appropriate same-day patient access to outpatient medical care. Collaborative care teams may include the direct or indirect supervision of advanced practitioners and other team members in primary care.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree or equivalent required

Credentialing:

  • Must meet requirements set forth by the medical staff office to obtain and retain privileges to practice as a physician assistant within UF Health Flagler Hospital and/or the UF Health Care Network, as applicable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Clear and active Florida medical license is required.
  • Board certification (or eligibility) is required.
  • BLS is required.
