First Tennessee Human Resource Agency (FTHRA), an established local non-profit, is looking to hire fulltime a Kitchen Supervisor.  The shift is 5am to 1pm Monday through Friday. Guaranteed afternoons, evenings & weekends off. What You Will Be Doing.Maintain the daily operations of kitchen facility and staff. Supervise ordering of food and supplies. Assure that nutrition vans, the kitchen and all equipment are in exceptional working order and meet all Health Department regulations. Assists cooks as needed. Physical demands include stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying bulk food and cases up to 50 pounds.

Do You Have These Qualifications?

• Graduation from an accredited high school or completion of G.E.D. required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two year's experience working in the food industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative, supervision, inventory and quantity food production procedures.
• Must have valid Tennessee driver's license, reliable transportation and good driving record (MVR). 
• Must pass criminal background check, Tennessee Elder Abuse Registry, OIG Fraud Prevention & Detection, and maintain acceptable DMV report.
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen, pass random drug screen, pass post-accident drug screen.
• Must be able to perform pre-employment job task work steps evaluation.  
• Must pass pre-employment screenings & maintain eligibility throughout employment.
