🔨 What You’ll Do

• The current project you'll oversee is located right on the water in beautiful Montauk, NY on the East End of Long Island, NY.  On-site accommodations will be provided. 

• Lead and manage subcontractors onsite ground-up builds to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

• Oversee all daily jobsite operations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Town & City officials and Sub Contractors to hit milestones

• Track progress and provide accurate daily reporting using client-approved methods

• Interpret blueprints and manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics

• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific safety standards

• Solve problems on the spot—because you don’t just manage projects, you own them

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of supervisory or project management experience in construction

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints

• Proven leadership and communication skills—your team looks to you for direction

• Organized and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable enforcing job site safety protocols and maintaining site cleanliness

• Technically savvy; able to adapt to various project reporting tools (PROCORE experience a plus)

• Familiar with the 5 Project Management Phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside crews when needed

• Open to traveling to sites and working overnight/weekend shifts as required

🛠 Preferred but Not Required

• OSHA 30, LEED, or PMP certifications

• Experience with PROCORE or other project management software

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Pay Rate Detail:The base rate for this position is a range of $80,000 to $115,000 per year based on experience.  Employees are paid on a weekly pay cycle.
