First Community Credit Union is currently searching for a Consumer Credit Analyst Manager (VP Consumer Lending) based out of our Copperfield headquarters in North West Houston. This person will be responsible for overseeing and directing the operational efforts of our Consumer Lending team and is held responsible for the efficient and effective operation of loan analysis and decision making of all consumer (auto, personal, credit card, etc.) loan applications. Our VP of Consumer Lending will act as the subject matter expert for FCCU products, services, and policies concerning loans, and will address all escalated/complex situations. They will manage a team of credit analysis and will be responsible for overseeing their development, training, progressive discipline, and performance reviews. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Lending. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and at least five years of related experience. This position requires Saturday availability.
