Description

Essential Functions:

• Takes orders from customers or Wait Staff.
• Pours measured drink and mixes cocktails and other drinks.
• Prepares requisitions for liquors and supplies.
• Operates cash register and micros for recording of all sales.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work overtime and flexible hours as required including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State laws).

• Must be able to obtain a Racing License from the Louisiana Racing Commission. (Company will provide application.)
