Essential Job Functions:
- Building, launching and supporting a portfolio of products and services for the global Aerospace and Defense industry markets to assess and manage supplier and supply chain risks and compliance
- Identifying product opportunities and product features by engaging with current and prospective customers
- Conducting market research dealing with addressable market size and ability to execute
- Determining the functional and non-functional requirements and/or specifications of product features including product usability from the product user roles’ perspectives
- Proposing and vetting synergistic technologies and business partners for fully functional customer solutions
- Establishing the product roadmap and production timetables in conjunction with the other delivery stakeholders
- Developing and executing go-to-market plans and preparing written content for the use in sales presentations, blogs, white papers, data sheets, competitive analysis, etc.
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams on product positioning and competitive assessments
- Being a subject matter expert for customers, industry analysts and industry conferences
- Developing product business plans and pricing models.
You meet our “must haves” for this role if you have:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree. An additional 5 years of related work experience is accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in any of the following fields: cyber security compliance, cyber security solutions and technologies, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- 4+ years of significant product management experience, preferably with a background in risk management, secure collaboration, and SaaS products in regulated markets
- Experience with deploying solutions in multi-tenant cloud-based environments (ex: Azure and AWS)
- Strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to lead remote and international cross-functional teams
- You are able to travel as much as 25% in support of customer projects
- You are a US person – this is a requirement due to ITAR regulations
