Core Internship Concepts:

• Work with Continuous Improvement team to review and develop fulfillment center work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the development of training materials for alternative hiring initiative.
• Support LEAN Implementation through Tier 1 observations.
• Identify and observe daily warehouse job functions to enhance core process.
• Provide improvement opportunities using a combination of observations and data analysis through audits and engagement surveys.
• Recommend ways to simplify training of core fulfillment center function.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization.
• Comfortable working independently within a fulfillment center environment.

• Strong analytical, systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education:

• Actively pursuing a four-year degree with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025 or sooner with a degree in Supply Chain or similar field.
