This position is for Summer 2024 (May - August)

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay:

$18.00

This position is for students currently enrolled as an undergraduate in your sophomore,  junior or senior year

This position will partner with the diversity, equity, and inclusion team to assist in the creation and implementation of specific employee resource group (ERG) communication, media design, events, and general DEI internal communications updates through the company intranet site. This opportunity will allow you to:

• Gain practical, hands-on learning experiences in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• Learn aspects of creating and implementing inclusive communications to support DEI education and overall employee experience.
• Interact with internal and external partners including internal departments and DEI networking groups.
• Participate in the coordination and execution of ERG events.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in your sophomore, junior, or senior year.
• The following majors would be successful in this role when candidates are able to bring an inclusive lens to the role: Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Business, English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva and/or similar software preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-task abilities.
• Energy to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship
