We are currently searching for a Corporate Financial Analyst to work at Envolve Client Services Group Corporate office located in Memphis, TN.                              

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue billing for multiple Corporate entities.
  • Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching discrepancies.
  • Responsible for collecting revenue billings from internal and external customers.
  • Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded.
  • Prepare and record journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
  • Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting.
  • Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity.
  • Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis
  • other duties as assigned 

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • BA or BS in Accounting
  • 1-3 years in accounting, audit, or treasury related field
  • Accounts receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred
  • CPA preferred, not required

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Advanced skills with MS Excel
  • Basic skills with MS Outlook and Word
  • Must be detail oriented and results driven
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with audit process
  • Experience with Yardi preferred

Pay Rate: $31.25
