We are currently searching for a Corporate Financial Analyst to work at Envolve Client Services Group Corporate office located in Memphis, TN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue billing for multiple Corporate entities.
- Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching discrepancies.
- Responsible for collecting revenue billings from internal and external customers.
- Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded.
- Prepare and record journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period.
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting.
- Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity.
- Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- BA or BS in Accounting
- 1-3 years in accounting, audit, or treasury related field
- Accounts receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred
- CPA preferred, not required
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- Advanced skills with MS Excel
- Basic skills with MS Outlook and Word
- Must be detail oriented and results driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with audit process
- Experience with Yardi preferred
Pay Rate: $31.25
