ENGEL Machinery North America has a job opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator in our Customer Service Department. This job is based at the ENGEL West located in Corona, CA.

POSITION INFORMATION
Job Summary:
Provides support to customers and service advisors in the scheduling of ENGEL machinery and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create tickets for issues related to equipment and act as first point of contact for customers in need of emergency and scheduled maintenance
- Create and send quotes to customers for potential work.
- Create and communicate Service Orders to our service technicians
- Review (hours, order type, summary of work, failure code, etc.) & release appropriate service reports, follow-up with customer for unfinished projects and future work
- Coordinates with other departments (i.e. engineering/sales) for parts, retrofits, automation
- Coordinate with Administration Dept. on service tech for special travel arrangements. i.e. International travel
- Responsible for communications with customers and technicians. i.e. confirmed and cancelled visits
- Responsible for status of service tech and equipment progress.
- Schedule proactive customer visits if there is no work scheduled.
- Telephone support for customer service inquires.
- Initiate SAP activities (internal & external)
- Resource planning and selection of suitable technicians.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Training Requirement:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's nice to have
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in related field in logistics, service scheduling, or other fast-paced coordination
Licenses/Certifications:
- None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- IT Skills: MS Office
- Practical experience in dealing with SAP and Innosoft
- Ability to work in a high pace atmosphere
