Job Title: General Laborer

Job Summary: Performs various general labor tasks including but not limited to porter service, assisting with event set ups, assisting maintenance personnel with support, minor painting etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned tasks on schedule
• Executes all work in safe and professional manner by completing all work accurately and on time
• Police exterior grounds for trash, Keeping grounds looking neat and clean. Removing trash as required.
• Assist Maintenance team when requested.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim, generally touch ups.
• Perform Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. is preferred
• Experience working in retail environment a plus.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
•  Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
•  Possess the ability to work overtime on short notice
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple jobs with minimal supervision
