Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and Key Performance Indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze job costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
• Prepare and maintain job cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers to review job cost performance and provide financial insights.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., COINS, SAP, Oracle, Onestream etc).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Bi a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical Contractor Industry related background preferred.

Compensation Range:   $80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
