Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and continuing education to technicians on the processes related to job site information collection
  • Ensure that technicians are following SOPs for collection of customer equipment data plate information, pre-task safety planning completion, and completion of proper work done notes
  • Provide technician support, troubleshooting, and corrective support when SOPs are not being followed
  • Review job site information collected, and release equipment reports to sales team where appropriate
  • Review job site information collected, and release after-action reports to customers where appropriate

Skills and Abilities:

  • The ideal Service Department Support Administrator will have a background in a service based business in an office support role.
  • Proficient with Apple iPhones and iPads
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)

 Education and Experience:

  • Experience in working with iOS devices is required
  • Working knowledge of Office365 products

 

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop and kneel.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required.
  • Moderate noise.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
