Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide training and continuing education to technicians on the processes related to job site information collection
- Ensure that technicians are following SOPs for collection of customer equipment data plate information, pre-task safety planning completion, and completion of proper work done notes
- Provide technician support, troubleshooting, and corrective support when SOPs are not being followed
- Review job site information collected, and release equipment reports to sales team where appropriate
- Review job site information collected, and release after-action reports to customers where appropriate
Skills and Abilities:
- The ideal Service Department Support Administrator will have a background in a service based business in an office support role.
- Proficient with Apple iPhones and iPads
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
Education and Experience:
- Experience in working with iOS devices is required
- Working knowledge of Office365 products
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop and kneel.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting is required.
- Moderate noise.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
