Job Title: National Accounts Sales Representative

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for assigned national accounts, exceeding quota targets.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within Mesa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate New Accounts, Service and Maintenance Contracts- Labor Rates, PM Pricing & Unit Replacements
  • Manage and track sales activities and opportunities through the CRM system.
  • Will provide sales forecasts and reports.
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support to assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent a plus.
  • 5 + years as a National Accounts Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of the national accounts market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to attend tradeshows as necessary.

Compensation Range:  $66,560 - $100,000 per year
