Fire Fab Shift Supervisor

Manage a shift of approximately 35 employees ensuring production and quality requirements are met while maintaining the safest working environment possible.

  • Responsible for all employee on their shift
  • Make sure safety is the priority
  • Knowledgeable of daily production and share information with employees
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed
  • Answer to shop manager
  • Conduct safety and informational meetings every day • Other duties as assigned

         Qualifications:  

  • Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks.
  • Experience training employees who have different learning methods
