Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Service Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements, supervising Service Technicians, and the overall success of the division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements and services.
- Supervise a group of Service Technicians
- Coordination of Service Technicians’ schedules with dispatch and customer
- Repair and replacement proposal generation for service repairs with customers
- Safety responsibility for the field in coordination with the Safety Team.
- Manage account relationships with existing customers.
- Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workload
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with fire protection systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supervision
- Proficient with fire alarm/sprinkler troubleshooting and repairs
- OSHA Safety awareness
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Mathematical and financial skills
- Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events
- Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies
