Here is what the right person will be doing:

* Position will be responsible for inside sales and customer service, ranging from initial quoting activities to maintaining and growing the business relationship with customers
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer Account Management matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand and support client needs
* Work collaboratively with team members in other functional areas such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing,       Business Unit Director and Planning
* Interface with internal personnel regarding sales order planning, forecasting, pricing, engineering/technical issues, production scheduling, and the variety of daily issues related to a fast-paced sales environment
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to customer needs and objectives
* Proactively provide customers with delivery updates as necessary
* Assist in the collection of receivables as needed
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Proactively identify and address customer issues (theirs and ours) and escalate as needed
* Develop, follow and maintain/improve standard sales processes
* Follow company and OSHA safety procedures, and bring any safety observations to the attention of the management team
