Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced National Field Trainer, to join our winning team in Lancaster.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for training on packaging machinery and train new hires, customers, and others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create curriculum development.
• Provide in-house training for customers and Heat and Control personnel.
• Develop training estimates and quotations upon customer request.
• Assist customers on troubleshooting phone calls and product demonstrations.
• Maintain inventory of product manuals and set-up of training room.
• Operate forklift to set-up demo / training class / machine shipments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be an accredited teacher.
• National travel with our Service reps for up to a year, to learn the business. Will be out of town for a week at a time during your first year. Then it’s an office role after that year.
