Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney, to join our winning team in Boston.

Our candidate of choice will bring a strong foundation in insurance coverage analysis and litigation, with the ability to handle matters independently and contribute effectively to larger, multi-faceted cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, are essential prerequisites.
• 3-6 years of experience focused on insurance coverage litigation, preferably in a law firm environment
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience drafting comprehensive coverage opinions and handling complex coverage disputes involving commercial general liability and other lines of insurance
