Forklift Operator

Compensation: 16.90 / Hourly

Our client, a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of fine foods, has an immediate need for an experienced Machine Operator | Manufacturing Associate to join their winning team in Flemington.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

• Job duties vary but will involve operating machines including but not limited to: forklifts, fillers, down lines, incubators, labelers, palletizers, and blow molds.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit’s food safety and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in similar environment a plus.
• Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic computations.
• Requires dexterity, basic mechanical reasoning, problem solving and the ability to learn.
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that promotes safety and efficiency.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.
