Job Description

Responsible for operating building systems and equipment and for performing periodic maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems, equipment and furnishings.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a four-year apprenticeship in one of the following trades: stationary engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration, electrician, pipe fitting or plumbing.  Or a minimum of six years equivalent experience performing the duties of a building maintenance or systems engineer in a complex facility or environment and satisfactory completion of a trade course with a one-year duration. Tuesday to Saturday schedule.

Salary Range:

$64.88 - $64.88 USD Hourly
