The DLR Group Internal Software Development team is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer who is eager to contribute to the success of our projects and grow with our dynamic team.

We operate within a hybrid work model, with the option to work from home, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Considering this model, the role could be based in any US city where DLR Group has an office; complete list can be found here.

Position Summary

As a Software Engineer at DLR Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that empower our diverse community of 1500+ architects, interior designers, and engineers. You will be an integral part of our cross-functional Agile team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. From conceptualization and design to testing and deployment, your expertise will shape the future of our firm and the architecture, engineering, and construction industry at large.

The successful candidate will:

  • Take part in the development of transformative software solutions, translating business needs into scalable applications.
  • Champion emerging technologies to refine our systems and introduce trailblazing features.
  • Ensure excellence in software quality, from design to deployment.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration and contribute to the evolution of our software architecture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field
  • Proven prowess in software development, particularly in web & mobile domains
  • 4+ years of professional experience with full stack software development, preferably including C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Azure, and front-end technologies
  • A passion for successful project delivery and full lifecycle development experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BIM or architectural design industries
  • Interest in AI and machine learning
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Warehouse, and Cloud Web Services
  • Dedication to learning and growing personally and professionally

The expected salary range for this role is $76,000-$120,000.
