The Interior Design team is seeking multiple creative and innovative Intermediate Interior Designers to help support all our sectors, including Justice & Civic, Mixed-Use, Education and Workplace.

Position Summary:
As an Interior Designer at DLR Group you will be working as part of integrated design teams responsible for the design and delivery processes aligned with client goals, budgets and schedule parameters.
You will be responsible for collaborating on the design of complex projects from schematic design through construction administration on projects ranging in size and complexity. You will develop comprehensive project palettes of materials and finishes. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, vendors and other DLR Group team members to outline and prepare specifications.
The successful candidate will:
- Prepare and develop with the team, as required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- Have strong client and time management skills
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Take responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the Principal in Charge and/or the Design Leader for key project stages
- Have strong creative design and drawing skills, graphic and oral design presentation skills, capacity for conceptual design thinking, and 3D design/modeling ability
- Will gain thorough knowledge of and compliance with DLR Group standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of experience designing commercial interior projects
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite and Designer Pages Pro.
- 3D Visualizing Software: Enscape, Sketch Up, and Lumion Render.
- The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks
- Ability to work both independently and effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere and across multiple offices
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NCIDQ certification
- Have interest in sustainable building design

The potential pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
