  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
  • Design and model jigs, fixtures, and tooling using CAD software.
  • Develop, test, and implement CNC programs using CAM software to support production operations.
  • Develop, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures(SOPs), detailed work instructions, and process flow charts. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, andaccessible to production staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process-related issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate new processes and improvements
  • Train and support manufacturing staff on new processes and best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on data analysis

🎯 What We're Looking For:  

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Process Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SmartCAM, etc.) and CNC programming.
  • Exceptional technical writing skills with proven experience creating detailed process and work instructiondocuments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in 3D CAD software, with a strong preference for SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams
