- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and control panels
- Perform mechanical repairs on plant equipment, conveyors, and machinery
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in upgrades and new equipment installations
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma required
- Technical training or additional education preferred
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience is a must.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician and mechanic, ideally in a foundry or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, and mechanical systems
- Extensive understanding of three-phase electrical systems and control theory
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manual
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or licensing as an electrician is preferred
- Forklift Certification is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts
- Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods
- Use of hand tools and electrical testing equipment
