At DiBella's, as our Catering Production Coordinator, you prepare orders and ensure our catering clients receive an accurate order each time. Additionally, you will make deliveries to catering clients, make follow up calls, do account maintenance calls, help drive new catering business into the restaurant and assist clients with placing catering orders . Teaching you how to make a great sub is easy, but we need Catering Coordinators who love their job and enjoy working with making sure their clients get the best catering experience. We seek applicants who have experience in catering, hospitality or customer service.

Some Position Specifics:  

• Valid      driver’s license
• Must be 18      years of age-Background check required.
• Vehicle with      current registration and insurance
• Driving      record in good standing
• Required      frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and      lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math      and computer skills
• Ability to      read and interpret documents such as menus or crew handbook.
• Ability to      prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and      maintain focus.
• Ability to      communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
