SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for removing all tableware from dining room to kitchen, and ensuring all items are clean and presentable.
- Responsible for putting out sanitizer buckets bus tubs for all tableware, and then returning them to the kitchen when full.
- Responsible for stocking all drink stations with beverage products and cups as well as cleanliness of all drink stations.
- Ensures floors are clean and free of debris throughout the shift as well as sweeping and mopping at close of business day.
- Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
- Greets guests approaching service area
- Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- Knowledge of food outlet operations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
- Willingness to work flexible hour
- Oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic, entry level knowledge geared towards guest service.
- Experience in fine dining restaurant preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
