SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all cash transactions with guests and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
- Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
- Completing Multiple Transaction Logs in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property’s BSA Policy.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, as defined by the BSA and the property’s BSA Policy.
- Responsible for guest relations including new player sign-up and working knowledge of company marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- Maintaining a professional working relationship among all internal and external guests.
- Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to business and department needs.
- Oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months of cashiering, banking, or customer service related role experience is preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
