POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Coordinator (AC) is responsible for assisting with an assortment of administrative tasks and generally provides support to the organization and care of the office. Although the AC will report to VP of Operations and participate as part of the Operations Division they will also provide support cross-functionally among divisions as needed.
The primary objective for the AC is to create additional administrative capacity for the team. While much of this role involves administrative support, the AC must also be willing to occasionally assist with errands and project-based duties. A successful AC is an organized and adaptable team-player who enjoys helping others, can successfully take both direction and initiative.
SCHEDULE: This is an hourly in-office position, exact hours will be negotiated and determined with candidate.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General administrative duties including: typing, data entry, calendar management, task tracking, scanning, filing (digital and physical), building presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Assist with research related to travel and logistics.
- Email and general correspondence tracking and processing.
- Contribute to generally maintaining the organization and cleanliness of office space including kitchen and boardroom.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Run occasional errands for supplies, lunches, etc.
- Assist with office reception including receiving and distributing mail, welcoming visitors who arrive at the office and connect them with appropriate staff.
- Make and receive phone calls to provide customer service as needed, especially as it relates to obtaining details about events, products, and ministry information.
