The Kirk is a vibrant, multigenerational Presbyterian congregation in Tulsa, OK. The Kirk is seeking a dynamic Student Ministries Director to lead and expand our ministry for middle and high school students (grades 6–12). In this role, you’ll build and oversee weekly programming—including Wednesday night services, Sunday mornings, retreats, mission trips, special events, and outreach—while working closely with the Family Ministry team. You’ll shape a Christ-centered vision that aligns with our mission, recruit and mentor volunteer leaders, develop your teaching strategy, and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and leaders. Ideal candidates are collaborative, humble, risk-takers who prioritize people over programs, depend on Jesus daily, and are passionate about creating inviting, life-transforming communities.
