***(Part Time, 15 Hours/Week)***
Position Summary: To serve as a communication link between clinical dietitians, food production/service and nurses/patients regarding meal service issues; maintains current documentation of patient diet orders; processes all therapeutic menus based on the diet orders; assists patients with meal selections; assists with patient tray line service. Provides courteous, considerate and timely customer service within the realm of job duties.
Experience: Experience with therapeutic diets in a healthcare facility preferred.
Education: High School or G.E.D required.
License and Credentials: None required.
Required Skills: Able to read, write and speak the English language.
Bi-Weekly Hours: 30 hours
Work Schedule: 5 am – 1:30 pm; 9:30 am -6 pm; or 2 pm to 6 pm M-F. Position includes 12 hour shift, Sat and Sun, every 4th weekend (5:30 AM to 6 PM). Rotate Holidays.
