Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 5 PM (40 Hours)

What You’ll Do

  • Subject matter expert with the Mortgage POS and LOS, Mortgage Servicing systems, and all department systems.  Responsible for administration, configuration, and maintenance of all systems.
  • Partner with vendors for implementations, maintanence, and enhancements. Advise on impact to current systems and processes, complete testing requirements, and oversee deployment.
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of new Mortgage System Administrator I and II.
  • Lead testing efforts and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Use project management skills to coordinate with various internal departments and leadership team to implement special projects.
  • Create, maintain, and verify accuracy of reports that will support strategic and operational decision making for the leadership team.
  • Work with IS on creating and maintaining department reports within Tableau.
  • Conduct analysis on all data elements for the department reporting. Drive data quality and identify missing or incomplete data elements. Present strategies to leadership team for future data analysis.
  • Responsible for sending communications to mortgage department for any mortgage related technology issues.
  • Coordinate with IS to facilitate the resolution of department technology issues.
  • Use scripting language to create, test, and implement scripts to facilitate process enhancements.
  • Assists in audit requests from senior management.
  • Able to perform all functions of a Mortgage Administrator Specialist I.
  • Assist with the development and enhancements of department procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software maintenance or related experience
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Previous mortgage experience required
  • Technical Skills (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Tableau, Sql dB, Mortgage LOS)
  • Professional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience with DAX, SQL & HTML, XML a plus
  • Previous Experience with Blue Sage Solutions or LoanServ a plus
