The Project Manager/Manger of Transformation will support the implementation of business operations reports in the Anaplan system using process improvement and change management methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Implementations may include:
Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new reports
Exercising strong project management skills to meet deadlines and stay within scope
Adhering to and evolving a standard practice for building and deploying reports
Overseeing the communications and training creation for the end user experience
The Manager will directly lead a team of technical report creators and is expected to effectively manage their individual work streams and support in their professional development
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successfully collaborates with cross-functional lanes on projects to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams
Coaches and develops team in technical and soft skills, including system administrators on partner teams
Demonstrates ability to use relationship building and communication skills to clearly articulate objectives and influence others
Develops and executes change management strategies and tactical plans to help individuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with intent of new reports
Designs training processes to reinforce Anaplan product and reporting effectiveness
Recognizes, documents and shares best demonstrated practices across the team and partner teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of work experience in change management, operational improvement, financial reporting and / or project implementation
Experience supporting large-scale implementation or business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
Experience managing or leading others
Bachelor’s degree required
Anaplan system experience preferred
Project management certification preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
