ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Paralegal Certificate required, Associates or Bachelors Degree
• 2-4 years of Paralegal experience
• Research, analysis and communication of legal facts and concepts
• Identification and communication of potential legal issues for Counsel’s guidance
• Legal research of state and federal laws, regulations, and policies
• Daily communication and interaction with Compliance and Privacy teams on relevant IT, operations, and clinical management matters
• Preparation, review and revision of legal communications as directed by attorneys
• Assistance on special projects
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned include, but are not limited to:
• Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
• Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures

Salary/ Wage Range

$24.71 - $36.30 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
