What We Offer:

  • Supportive resources for you and your family, such as EAP counseling, Headspace® access, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, and pet insurance.
  • A commitment to clinical excellence, with a high percentage of our facilities meeting or exceeding CMS standards.
  • Great Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
  • Active LCSW license.
  • Ability to meet all state regulations for practicing in a dialysis setting.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
