We are seeking a Bus Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the night-time and weekend cleaning operations for our fleet of buses. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all buses are maintained according to company standards, and coordinating schedules to meet service requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure buses are cleaned and sanitized efficiently
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Inspect buses regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure buses are ready for service on time
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Collaborate with management to implement and improve cleaning processes
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding bus cleanliness in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
