Account Coordinator

The Job:
Order Entry & Processing; via direct client communication or through proprietary client websites
- Initiating new opportunity requests through internal systems, for all orders received
- Effectively creates estimates based on knowledge of inventory and event needs
- Proper Execution of Show Service orders as needed
- Coordinate shipping with internal and third party providers
- Enter all work into COMS, Czarnowski's web based workflow systems
- Communicate with all necessary departments to complete tasks
- Pre Ship and Quality Control check every item that leaves the facility
- Manage client specific ordering websites to accurately maintain inventory
- Monitor ordering and usage history of all inventory items
- Invoice clients for work performed
- Manage the collections process as needed
- Work directly with account teams nationwide to meet client needs
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with both external clients and internal project teams, ensuring each team member understands the scope of work and their responsibilities
- Presents budgetary and progress reports
- Provide 24 hour on call support to internal and external client base
- Effectively communicate with clients via, telephone and email
- Manage new production projects from start to finish
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and keep up to date on product knowledge and familiarization
- Act as a support person to account teams when needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Competent in basic internet skills
- Outstanding positive attitude towards clients and coworkers
- Proven customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly establish customer rapport
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in an ever changing fast paced deadline driven environment
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate Degree (Preferred but not required
- 1-2 years administrative or office experience
- Hospitality and/or tradeshow experience a plus
