Position Overview:
At The Ben, impeccable presentation extends to every detail—including the linens, towels, and uniforms that define our luxury experience. As a Laundry Attendant, you are the guardian of cleanliness and quality behind the scenes, ensuring that every item is expertly laundered, pressed, and prepared to meet the high standards our guests expect. You will operate and maintain laundry equipment, carefully handle delicate fabrics, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to guarantee that every guest encounter reflects refinement, care, and attention to detail. Your work, though behind the scenes, is essential to creating the flawless, luxurious experience that is The Ben.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established standards.
• Operate and maintain laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect items for quality and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry area at all times.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely delivery of laundry items.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and linens.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry techniques, fabrics, and safe operation of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
