Summary
At The Ben, Autograph Collection, the Concierge plays an essential role in curating unforgettable guest experiences. Acting as both host and storyteller, you serve as the first point of knowledge and the last impression of our luxury service. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the aptitude to carry out each duty proficiently. Responsibilities
• Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the Concierge Lounge, ensuring seamless luxury service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local areas, including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions, with awareness of their location and hours of operation.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation, locations, and daily and weekly events, ensuring you can guide guests with confidence.
• Provide recommendations and secure reservations for restaurants, theater and musical productions, cultural tours, and other guest-requested experiences.
• Offer accurate and timely information about airlines, auto rentals, transportation options, office services, and beauty/barber establishments.
• Provide access to bonded babysitting services and reputable athletic clubs, including securing reservations when requested.
• Assist guests with business services such as sending faxes and other communications.
• Stock and prepare the Concierge Lounge for the AM shift to maintain a polished and welcoming environment.
• Learn and operate PBX functions to ensure smooth internal and external communications.
• Attend the Service Excellence Class and obtain an 80% or higher in observations, demonstrating commitment to the highest standards of hospitality.
• Carry out reasonable requests by management that are within the scope of the position.
• Adhere to all Marriott/Concord Hospitality handbooks, policies, and service standards.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Exceptional knowledge of West Palm Beach dining, arts, entertainment, and attractions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management systems and concierge tools preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
• Additional languages are a plus.
