Location: The Ben, Autograph Collection – West Palm Beach, FL

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is energized by a fast-paced environment, loves coffee, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, personalized service to every guest.

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks with attention to quality and consistency.

• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with confidence and care.

• Maintain cleanliness of counters, workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas.

• Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately.

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and monitoring supplies.

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism or escalate to a manager when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions using POS systems.

• Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards.

• Display integrity, honesty, and accountability in all guest and team interactions.

Who You Are

• A team player with a friendly, approachable attitude.

• Experienced: 2+ years of barista or coffee shop experience preferred.

• Knowledgeable in coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.

• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and poise under pressure.

• Flexible and available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.

• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.

• Multilingual is a plus, especially in serving diverse guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Cash handling and basic computer literacy required.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
