Job Summary:

As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and integrity of the hotel's guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas through high-quality painting and finishing work. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will help ensure the property meets established standards for appearance and safety. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting, staining, and finishing work in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Ensure the proper application of paints, stains, and coatings to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as necessary.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for painting and surface preparation.
• Safely store paints, solvents, and other materials according to safety protocols.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and completing necessary safety training.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance requests related to painting or surface damage promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and a professional appearance.
• Assist with other maintenance and repair duties as assigned by management.
