We are hiring a Line Cook!

Willow is a southern Italian Mediterranean Sea focused restaurant with the emphasis of handmade pasta. We're looking for line cooks with passion for putting out great product.

● One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook of fine dining establishment
● Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
● Food Handlers Certificate
● Experience working as a prep cook in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
● Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety and hygiene
● Passionate about culinary arts and creative cooking
● Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
● Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
● Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
● Physically able to stand and move around for long periods of time
Physical Demands & Work Environment
● Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
● Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
● Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
