What You’ll Do:

• Manage the daily operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards and external certifications (AS9100, Nadcap AC-7121, ISO/IEC 17025, and IPC-A-620).
• Oversee quality control processes from incoming material inspection to final product release.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and external audits and customer inspections.
• Guide root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure quality documentation is up to date and accessible via company platforms.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to the quality and calibration teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO, AS9100, IEC 17025, IPC, and Nadcap standards.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Leadership experience or the ability to step into a team leadership role with confidence.

Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000.
